As all of our products are digital tarot reading services, no physical items are shipped.

Delivery Method

After your order is successfully placed, your personalized tarot reading will be prepared by our reader and delivered directly to the email address provided during checkout.

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Processing Time

Most readings are delivered within 24 hours of purchase.

During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 48 hours. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you via email.

Digital Delivery

Your tarot reading will be delivered as one or more of the following:

Personalized written reading (PDF or email)
Images of your tarot card spread (if included with your service)
Additional guidance or recommendations, depending on the service purchased

The exact format depends on the reading you selected.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

Didn't Receive Your Reading?

If you have not received your reading after the stated delivery time:

Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder.
Verify that the email address entered at checkout is correct.
Contact us with your order number, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Email Address

If an incorrect email address was entered during checkout, please contact us immediately. We will make every reasonable effort to resend your reading to the correct email address once ownership of the order has been verified.
